After Hrithik Roshan & Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan reviews 12th Fail, calls Vikrant Massey and team ‘legends’
Vikrant Massey starrer 12th Fail has turned out to be one of the biggest profitable films in the history of Indian cinema. Despite premiering on OTT, the film has completed 100 days in theatres and is enjoying a steady.
While celebs like Hrithik Roshan, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Kangana Ranaut and director Anurag Kashyap among others have praised the Vidhu Vinod Chopra directorial, the latest one to join the bandwagon is Kareena Kapoor Khan. Taking to her Instagram stories, Kareena lauded the movie and wrote, “12th Fail. Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Vikrant Massey, Medha Shankar, Anant V Joshi, Anshumaan Pushkar and the entire cast and crew, legend’s (sic).”
Reposting Bebo’s story on Instagram, Vikrant Massey wrote, “Bas, ab mai retire ho sakta hu (That’s it! Now I can retire). Thank you so so much ma’am! You have no idea what this means to me (sic).”

Vikrant Massey recently expressed gratitude to the audience in a heartwarming video after 12th Fail completed 75 days of release. The actor said “It has been almost 80 days since our film12th Fail has been in theatres near you. The entire team of 12th Fail will be forever grateful for all the love and respect given to the film,” he said, further urging fans to watch the film and also take the kids to the nearest theatres.
“It is your story; it is our story, and this is a chance to watch our own story on the big screen. Thank you for all the love and all the best,” the actor concluded.
